Summary of the TV series

Kudo Shinichi (Jimmy Kudo) is a seventeen year-old high school detective whom people call the "Modern Sherlock Holmes." However, one night after he went to a park with his childhood sweetheart, Ran (Rachel) , Shinichi (Jimmy) witnessed an illegal trade and, caught off his guard, was knocked unconscious and fed a drug that was supposed to kill him... but he woke up and found himself shrunken to a seven year-old. In order to track down the men who did this to him, Shinichi (Jimmy) hid his identity and lived with Ran (Rachel), whose father happened to be a hopeless detective, and with that came a series of murders and mysteries that he must solve. Story
Detective Conan (Case Closed) Movie 3 is interesting and exiting to watch.  The movie is filled with suspense because you never know who the murder is and who the Kaitou Kid (Phantom Thief) is until the very end of the movie.

Art/Animation

The drawing style is awesome and the animation is really good.  The animation quality is actually quite impressive.  (it was originally aired on Apr 17, 1999). The quality is significantly better than the animation quality of the series's mainly because movies usually have a bigger budget than the TV series.  Perhaps the animation quality is not as good as newer movies of Case Closed, but it is really close to the same quality.

Sound/Music

The soundtrack is pretty interesting.  It changes from the first couple movies and seasons.  I have to say that I liked the original ones better, but the altered versions are also good; they make the movie more exciting to watch.

Character

The characters are really awesome both in character design and in their significance in the series and movies.  The characters really make you want to see more of them and more of the Detective Conan (Case Closed) movies and series.  In this movie, it is interesting to see the new character Kaitou Kid (Phantom Thief).

Enjoyment

This movie was pretty awesome and really fun and exciting to watch.  This movie doesn't have as much suspense as the previous movie and the next one, but it did have a lot of mysteries in it that would make you want to watch the movie to find out the how those mysteries are solved.

Islamic Factor

This movie is pretty clean and appropriate for the most part, but there was a couple times where Kogorou Mouri's (Richard Moore)'s made reference to another character's legs.  I'm pretty sure it wasn't more than two times, so the rest of the movie is ok without those two.  The characters sometimes use mild bad language, but nothing really bad.  If would be bothered by Kogorou Mouri's (Richard Moore)'s references and the mild bad language, you may not want to watch this particular Detective Conan (Case Closed) movie.

Overall

Overall Detective Conan The Last Wizard of the Century is an exciting movie to watch.  Besides  Kogorou Mouri (Richard Moore) talking about another character's legs two times, the movie has no other scenes that would be bad;  It has no romance or sexual scenes.  It does have some mild bad language usage, but it is nothing too bad.  Besides that, this movie is really exciting and fun to watch and see how it all comes to an end.
