Detective Conan Captured in Her Eyes

Summary of the TV series

Kudo Shinichi (Jimmy Kudo) is a seventeen year-old high school detective whom people call the "Modern Sherlock Holmes." However, one night after he went to a park with his childhood sweetheart, Ran (Rachel) , Shinichi (Jimmy) witnessed an illegal trade and, caught off his guard, was knocked unconscious and fed a drug that was supposed to kill him... but he woke up and found himself shrunken to a seven year-old. In order to track down the men who did this to him, Shinichi (Jimmy) hid his identity and lived with Ran (Rachel), whose father happened to be a hopeless detective, and with that came a series of murders and mysteries that he must solve. Summary of Movie

A series of murders have occured with police officers as victims. One of the officers is shot right in front of Ran's eyes, and the shock of the incident causes Ran to lose her memory of everyone and everything around her. Now Conan must help Ran regain her lost memories, while also protecting her from the muderer, who is targeting Ran for witnessing the crime. (ANN)

Story

Detective Conan (Case Closed) Movie 4 is very interesting and exciting.  It is actually quite fast paced.  The movie keeps you on the edge of your seat for most of the movie.  There are so many different people that could be the culprit and it is quite interesting to see who turns out to be the bad guy.  

Art/Animation

The drawing style is awesome and the animation is really good.  The animation quality is actually quite impressive.  (it was originally aired on Apr 22, 2000). The quality is significantly better than the animation quality of the series's mainly because movies usually have a bigger budget than the TV series.  Perhaps the animation quality is not as good as newer movies of Case Closed, but it is really close to the same quality.

Sound/Music

The soundtrack is pretty interesting.  It changes from the first couple movies and seasons.  I have to say that I liked the original ones better, but the altered versions are also very good; they make the movie more exciting to watch.  

Character

The characters are really awesome both in character design and in their significance in the series and movies.  The characters really make you want to see more of them and more of the Detective Conan (Case Closed) movies and series.  In this movie, it is interesting to see the pasts of many of the people who are suspected for being the criminal.  

Enjoyment

This movie is really exciting to watch.  This is one of my favorite Detective Conan (Case Closed) movies.  There is a lot of action and a lot of chasing.  It is really fun to watch this one.  

Islamic Factor

This movie to be really clean and appropriate to watch for Muslims (or religious people of other faiths. There are no sexual or romance scenes in this movie.  There may be some mild bad language but nothing really bad.  


Overall

Overall Captured in Her Eyes is awesome and lots very exciting to watch.  The movie has no scenes that would be bad;  It has no romance or sexual scenes.  It may have some mild bad language usage, but it is nothing too bad.  Besides that, the movie is pretty clean.  I have to emphasize this one is really exciting to watch.
